We are pleased to offer free standard tracked delivery on all orders.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. It can take 1-3 business days to process your order, and when your tracking number is updated, you will receive a second email with a tracking link.

SHIPPING TIME AND INFORMATION
Primarily orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse with the Australia Post postal service.
If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you from our Australia warehouse as soon as we can. We always send the order from the nearest warehouse, but if the items ordered are currently out of stock in the Australia warehouse, we will deliver them from our warehouse in PRC directly via Yan Express.
In general, the estimated shipping time is 3-10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
Please kindly note that delivery might take a little longer during the high season, public holidays, and busy sale periods.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once you place your order with us. If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that there was a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation.
As soon as your delivery is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking information for you to check the latest status of your package online. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking information is updated and available.
Please don’t forget to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you have checked these folders and it is still missing, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Please allow a fair and reasonable amount of time for the goods to be delivered before the parcel is determined as lost (this will vary depending on the carrier and the destination). Order delayed for 60 days is considered lost. In these rare cases, we will place a replacement order or issue a refund as the situation demands. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions on how to report this case and get a refund.
If your order tracking shows your order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please check around your home or business to make sure the package isn’t hidden from view. If you still need help after a thorough check around your property, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
Please note that refused packages — and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g., mistyped address, failed to collect the parcel) — are not refunded.
